Fan Games:
Dizzy: Christmas is currently being produced using Games Factory. More
info (in Polish) and screenshots can be found at http://www.dizzy-zone.prv.pl.

Castle Island Dizzy and Castle Island Dizzy 2 (both for PC) are two
Polish Dizzy Adventures available from Dizzy
Zone. Castle Island Dizzy is available in English or Polish, whilst Castle
Island Dizzy 2 is available in Polish only.
Russian Dizzy Games
Dizzy is big in Russia and lots of unofficial games (mainly for Spectrum Pentagon)
have been made:

Dizzy X and Y have both been translated into English and are available (Pentagon versions) from http://speccy.t35.com/.
I have also heard that the programmers behind Dizzy X and Dizzy Y
were planning a Dizzy Z but that it was never completed / released. If I
find out anything more I'll keep you posted.

As well as the unofficial games there were also a number of Dizzy games translated,
unofficially, into Russian:

These games were all translated for the Spectrum (or clones of it).
According to the Yolkfolk
Island website (which has now disappeared), a teaser of Fantastic Dizzy in Russian is
available for the Vector-06C. However, I have seen nothing else about it on the web.
