Dreamworld Pogie
According to the Oliver Twins'
website (which is where I got the screenshot from) Dreamworld Pogie was due
to be released for the Aladdin deck enhancer (an add-on which added extra capabilities to
the NES). The game reached Alpha but was never finished (Alpha is the final stage of
testing for a game).
The game was also mentioned on the back of the Aladdin box as a game which was
"coming soon". The
NES museum has a page about the Aladdin here

Wonderland Dizzy
According to the Oliver Twins'
website Wonderland Dizzy was due to be released for the Aladdin deck enhancer
(an add-on which added extra capabilities to the NES) but the game was never released.
However, as far as as I know it was completed. The NES museum has a page about
the Aladdin here.
Wonderland Dizzy was going to be Dizzy 9 and it was going to be in the Dizzy's
Excellent Adventures compilation, but was pulled because Codemasters objected to
there being two adventure games on the cart. (Thanks to Dizzyfan for this info!)
