The NES museum has the cart scan here and the box scan here

In 1993, the game was also released (in small numbers) for the Aladdin deck enchancer which added extra capabilities to the NES.  The NES museum has a page about the Aladdin and a page of cart scans (including Fantastic Adventures of Dizzy).

Differences between the two versions:

  • Stars. The gold version has 100 stars; the Aladdin version has 250.
  • Dizzy walks a lot faster in the Aladdin version, and the inventory system is a bit simplified - when you pick up an item, it goes as far to the right of your inventory window as possible.
  • There are some small terrain changes, and some items are in different places, as explained in the walkthrough's object guide.

Sega

Fantastic Dizzy was the name given to Fantastic Adventures of Dizzy when it was released for Sega systems in 1993.  It was released for Mega Drive, Game Gear and the Sega Master System.
